BT45 Returns & Refunds Policy

1) Return Window

• You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

2) Eligibility for Return

To be eligible, items must be:

• In the same condition you received them

• Unworn/unused, with all tags attached

• In the original packaging (including any accessories and inserts)

• Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

Hygiene Notice (hair & beauty products):
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed cosmetic, haircare and personal care products cannot be returned once unsealed or used. If the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, we are unable to accept a return unless the item is faulty.

3) How to Start a Return

• Order number

• Item(s) you wish to return

• Reason for return

• Clear photos if the item is damaged/incorrect

4) Return Postage & Labels

• Change-of-mind/unsuitable items: Return postage is paid by the customer. You may use any tracked service.

• Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will provide a prepaid return label (or reimburse reasonable return costs where a label cannot be issued).

Please ensure you obtain and retain proof of postage and tracking.

5) Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at Info@bt45hair.com if an item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and put things right.

6) Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns of:

• Unsealed/used cosmetic, haircare or personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

• Gift cards/e-gift cards

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

• Custom/personalised products

Sale items: Items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable unless faulty. Discounted items that are not marked “Final Sale” may be returned in line with this policy. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7) Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (once accepted) and place a new order. We’ll process your refund for the returned item as below.

8) Right to Cancel (UK & EU Cooling-Off)

If your order is delivered to the UK or EU, you have a legal right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging; sealed hygiene products must remain unopened.

To exercise this right, email Info@bt45hair.com with your order number and a clear statement of cancellation. You are responsible for the cost of returning items under the cooling-off right (unless the goods are faulty or misdescribed).

9) International Returns (Outside UK/EU)

International customers may return eligible items within the 30-day window. Return shipping, duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

10) Refunds

• We will notify you once your return is received and inspected, and confirm approval or rejection.

• If approved, we will refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@bt45hair.com.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
