Update on Temper Wax

The response to Temper has been far greater than we ever expected, and we've completely sold through our latest production run.

We are now waiting on our next production run to be completed.

Our manufacturer has informed us that a key chemical ingredient required to produce Temper is currently in worldwide shortage.

This ingredient is used across a huge number of haircare products, and ongoing global supply chain, shipping and logistics disruptions have significantly affected its availability.

This means production of Temper has been temporarily delayed until that ingredient becomes available again.

Temper remains available to order on backorder. By ordering now, you'll secure your place in the queue and we'll dispatch your order as soon as our new stock arrives.

If Temper is included as part of one of our bundles, you can still place your order as normal. We'll dispatch any available items first, where possible, and send your Temper separately as soon as it arrives.

We completely understand that delays are frustrating, and we're genuinely sorry for any inconvenience this has caused. Please know this situation is outside of our control, but we're working closely with our manufacturing partners and will keep everyone updated.
